Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Ensure the security of the property by conducting regular inspections.
  • Prepare daily reports and summaries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
  • Assist with other front desk duties as needed.

Qualifications:

_ Experience in a similar role as a hotel night Auditor in the hospitality industry essential

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

_ Working experience on OPERA not negotiable
