Well established law firm based in Sandton is looking for a dynamic defended Foreclosure Attorney to join their department

Minimum requirements:

  • Completed LLB degree
  • 25 Years experience as an Admitted Attorney
  • Must have experience dealing with foreclosures on defended matters (non negotiable)
  • Experience dealing with banking litigation
  • Legal Suite experience will be an advantage
  • Must have strong administrative skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Available as soon as possible
