New Germany. Opportunity exists for efficient and meticulous Office Administrator with excellent Excel ability (specifically in working with spreadsheets and formulas) to join established company within the Oil industry.
Will suit someone with a positive attitude and good work ethic who is not afraid of working in a relatively industrial environment in the oil industry.
Responsibilities:
- Daily cash ups
- Keep record of new Collection Control Sheets (CCS) and Safe Disposal (SD) books issued to Drivers and file used books neatly and efficiently
- Scan daily cash up and collections and save to relevant folders
- Ensure Drivers have filled in the CCS correctly
- Ensure that Drivers correctly issued Safe Disposal Certificates to new customers
- Ensure that sales amounts are included on collection slips and cashups
- Keep regular check on all EFT payments required for customers
- Keep stock sheets up to date daily and check the stock amounts on hand balance with records
- Managing office petty cash, receipts, expenses
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive filing systems for quotes, invoices etc.
- Update Drivers routes with new addresses provided by them daily
- Conduct stock takes at each end of week / month
- Collect weighbridge certificates, delivery notes etc. from trucks and scan accordingly onto Dropbox and input into a spreadsheet
- Maintain a vehicle register that includes services due, licence renewal, outstanding fines etc.
- Reconciliation of monthly reports
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Requirements:
- Matric
- Driver's licence with own reliable transport
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel (spreadsheets and formulas), Word and Outlook
- Proficient ability to use printers and scanners
- Logistical knowledge would be beneficial
