PREPARATORY SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY TEACHER (GRADE 4 TO 7)

The successful candidate will:

be an experienced and well-qualified teacher who holds an appropriate degree and/or professional teaching qualificationbe registered with SACEhave experience in the development and implementation of Technology curricula in schoolshave expectational working knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Teamsbe able to use Apple devices, as well as other Microsoft365 products, to integrate educational technology into various subjectshave the skills and knowledge to offer training to staff on Apple devices, Microsoft Education products, and any other relevant EdTech platformshave an understanding of budgeting and device inventorieshas experience in working with 3D printers, laser cutters, and various other elements of STEM projectshave experience and working knowledge of the elements of coding, robotics, and Esportsbe innovative, energetic, able to work collaboratively and with creativebe prepared to play a full and active role in the co-curricular life of the school, with specific focus in robotics and EsportsPrevious experience in independent education is an advantage but is not essential.
