Introduction

  • To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Quality Control Officers on site. Maintaining of onsite Quality Assurance administrative procedures. Ensuring excellent standards are met at all times. The Quality Assurance Administrator will be responsible for day to day Quality Assurance administrative duties, supporting the Quality Control Officers as directed

  • Effective planning of admin processes.
  • Daily updating and control of online Quality folders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as being able to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance administration
  • Record Keeping
  • Capturing and Preparation of Data Packs for monthly reporting and invoicing
  • Assist QC officers and Construction Teams with onsite documents required.
  • Assist in keeping the Data books and Documents up to date on Quality folders
  • Maintaining data and information in a confidential manner
  • Input and import data onto the online Quality Management System
  • Assist with compiling and verifying of quality and handover data packs
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Update NCR Register
  • Ensure that quality records, acceptance certificates, hand over certificates, completion certificates and the documentation for specific activities are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements
  • Coordinate with the SHEQ and Project Managers for the completion of asbuilt hand over documentation

  • Attention to detail to identify inconsistencies in documents
  • Organised and able to meet tight deadlines with excellent time management skills

Minimum requirements

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 (Matric Certificate.
  • Valid Code 8 Driver's License.
  • Tertiary Qualification / Certificates advantageous
  • Understanding or previous experience of quality assurance and control related administration
  • ISO 9001:2015.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality Assurance administration
  • Experience of working in a Construction Environment
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Computer Literate
  • Proven ability working with Word, Excel Spreadsheets, written reports and associated correspondence
  • ISO 9001 knowledge and understanding (advantageous)
