Demand Planner

As the Demand Planner, you will be responsible for all Demand Planning and Replenishment of Raw Materials (Fabric & Trims) and Finished Goods for Uniform Programs and Stock Holding Programs.

The role includes developing and implementing strategies, tools, processes, and procedures that focus on continuous improvement of the Demand Planning & Forecasting Function.

• Demand Planning & Forecasting for all Contracted Uniform and/or Promo Programs and recurrent Raw Materials for Alligator Factory.
• Work with the CMT and Procurement Teams to ensure that the Purchasing & Replenishment of all Uniforms, Promo Items, Raw Materials is completed within the required timeframe to meet Timelines.
• Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Demand Planning tools, templates, processes, and procedures.
• Optimisation of Stock Holding, reduce OOS (Out Of Stock) and improve OTIF (On Time in Full).
• Facilitate weekly S&OP (Sales & Operational Planning) Meetings

• Demand Planning, Operations / Supply Chain, Mathematics or Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Experience in Demand Planning & Forecasting is essential
• Experience in Clothing / Apparel / CMT Manufacturing, Demand Planning & Forecasting will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Numeric & Financial acumen ability to collect, analyse and interpret data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Acumatica (ERP system).
