MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Social Science and Humanities, Arts or related field
- 3 years' work experience in the Higher Education Sector as an Administrator or Coordinator
- Excellent knowledge of ITS, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
ADDED ADVANTAGE:
- Masters degree in Social Science and Humanities, Arts or related field.
- Project Management, budgeting, finance, reporting, monitoring and evaluation skills.
- Advanced ICT enduser skills.
KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Coordinate the effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of program goals,
- Learning outcomes and the meeting of specific targets and benchmarks.
- Innovate and lead the formulation of plans and strategies that respond to the developmental needs of students.
- Effectively manage the ECP budget.
- Consistently provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the Deputy Dean and Dean of the Faculty of Social Science and Humanities in a manner that seeks to respond to the Vision, Mission and Values of the Faculty.
- Promote the professional development of staff to guarantee the provision of support to students enrolled for the Bachelor of Social Science and Humanities and Bachelor of Arts Extended Program.
- Make clear, accurate and lucid weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plans and related targets.
- Organize regular meetings, seminars, and workshops for academic, support and student development.
