To administer short-term insurance underwriting according to Insurer mandates.

  • Quoting (domestic and commercial) in line with Insurer Mandates and Company Policies on Tial and Quoting Templates
  • Issuing of new policies (domestic and commercial) and endorsements accurately.
  • Renewal of policies (all policies per broker allocation).
  • Implement corrective measures and underwriting of policies following claims.
  • Issuing confirmation of cover.
  • Electronic filling of all correspondence sent and received.
  • Adhering to Company service levels
  • Conduct policy checks.
  • Follow up on outstanding information.
  • Assist brokers with all queries.
  • Assist with policy queries on MAP.
  • Meet service levels and adhere to turnaround times.
