Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our spa, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for our guests.

Manage a team of spa therapists, somatologists, and support staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.

Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to support spa operations.

Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive spa bookings and increase revenue.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate spa services with guest accommodations and special events.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner, striving to exceed expectations.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations governing spa operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management, preferably in a high-end hotel or resort setting.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a spa or related industry.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain immaculate spa facilities.

Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate business needs.

Remuneration:
Highly competitive salary

21 days annual leave

General gratuity's structure

Performance based incentive bonus structure

Pay:
R14 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month
