Trainee Estimator required for a motor body repair shop situated in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate quotations on damaged vehicles on Abuntex and panel shop quoting system.
  • Follow up on quotations.
  • Work with various insurance companies.
  • Ensure customers understand the authorisation process up to the repair process.
  • Communicate with customers with regards to changes and updates on repairs or quotations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of motor vehicles
  • Valid driver's licence
  • MS Office and Computer Literate
  • Wellpresented and groomed
