Job ProfileClaims Handler Subsidence, up to £28,000 per annum - remote working

Due to internal promotions, a renowned National Loss Adjusting Organisation are now seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join their specialist Subsidence Team where you will proactively manage and be responsible for your own caseload of subsidence claims.

Continuous training and development is actively encouraged and fully supported.

Key responsibilities:
Proactively Manage Subsidence claims through to completionRegularly update Clients, Policyholders and their agentsAssist the field team in completing, reports, tasks and answering calls where necessaryEnsure referral of work to the field team throughout the day, ensuring correct priorities are communicated and completed and that targets are met on a daily basisManaging identified and reported problems within set timescales to ensure adherence to group processesMaintain a high level of personal competenceActively promote the principle of Treating Customer FairlyRespond to requests and tasks set by the Team Leader or Head of Subsidence and SurveyingUndertake any other tasks that are reasonably assigned to you from time to time

About You:
Knowledge and understanding of Subsidence in relation to insurance claimsExperience of managing technical building claimsHave an understanding of Claims HandlingExcellent telephone skillsExperience and understanding of Customer ServiceArticulation and good communication skillsFlexibility and adaptabilityThe ability to organise own workloadThe ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
