Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Develops the ability to start 'owning' portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management during project lifecycleFunctions jointly with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.Action less complex configurations and installationsAttend to less complex break/fix events during project lifecycle

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

Basic understanding and appreciation of technical design principlesAbility to develop an understanding of fundamental project and administration processesDisplay a strong learning orientationGood verbal communication skillsDemonstrate a client service orientationHands-on proactive in approachUnderstanding of two or more technologies, namely Data Centre, Networking, Security, Collaboration, Customer Experience, End User Compute etc.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or relatedRelevant vendor certification(s) as required

Required Experience:

Entry level experience gained in a similar role, preferably within a global IT services organisation
