Roles/Responsibilities
- Carry out workshop fabrication, equipment assembly and installation
- Issuing CoC for new and existing electrical installations
- Panel and equipment wiring for manufacture of new products
- Perform all electrical and electronic installations
- Commissioning and testing of electrical products
- Perform all solar installations on products, equipment, and sites
- Electrical installations on company premises
- Provide electrical maintenance of all company electrical equipment
- Electrical upgrades to company equipment or infrastructure
- Electrical installations at new and existing customer's site/s
- Maintain and uphold manufacturing quality standards
- Ensure adherence to health and safety, environment, and quality
- Ensure continuous housekeeping is practiced and a hazard free working environment is maintained
Minimum Requirements and Experience
- Electrical Trade Certificate
- Wireman's Licence
- N4 to N6 electrical engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years post trade test working experience
- Experience in installation of Photovoltaic systems
- Ability to read Single Line Diagrams
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Mechanical knowledge
- Medically fit to perform duties
- Valid driver's license
