Position Overview:


As an HR Generalist at SustainGroup, you will serve as a crucial support resource for our Group Admin team and contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the department.


Responsibilities:

1.

Employee Records Management:


  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of personnel files and digital records.
  • Process employee documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and HR forms.

2.

Recruitment Support:


  • Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and our company website.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics.

3.

Benefits Administration:


  • Support employees with benefits inquiries and provide information about our benefits packages.
  • Assist in benefits enrolment processes and changes.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration.

4.

HR Documentation and Reporting:


  • Prepare and maintain the organizational diagram of the company and assist in position and resource planning.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures manuals.
  • Assist in the preparation of HRrelated documentation such as performance evaluations and disciplinary records.

5.

Employee Relations:


  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and requests.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate when necessary.

6.

Compliance and Data Security:


  • Ensure HR data privacy and security standards are maintained.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.

7.

General Administrative Support:


  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling departmental correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and teamoriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest quality work.
