Requirements:

  • BSc/BSc (Hons)/BTech in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Over 10 years' extensive construction estimating experience working for reputable building contractors
  • Solid experience in the preparation and pricing of bids, adjudication of subcontractors and suppliers, submission of bids, etc.
  • Proficiency in CCS, QTO and MS Office
