They specialise in video production and live streaming which entails many areas of expertise such as cinematography, video editing, animation, creative direction, design, and social media management to name a few.

Job Overview
An enthusiast, who will work closely with us to establish and grow our brand as a Cinematographer. You will be an integral part of our core team. You will be working closely with the team on the shot lists for videos. You will be responsible for preparing and setting up the gear on location.

Lighting the scene and ensuring the sound recording is correct.

In many cases you will have to direct the talent to ensure you capture the right emotion and adjust the set to your needs.

You will be responsible to dump the footage and manage the recording media. From me to me it might be expected from you to assist with video editing.

Qualifications and Experience:

Pre-Production:

• Contribute to the unique aesthetic style of the video
• Provide practical and creative input to the short list
• Make decisions about the use of different lenses, filters, lighting techniques and camera movements to create the desired effect and prompt different emotional responses from the audience
• Plan and scout locations for a shoot
• Plan the technical execution of each shot and plan out what equipment will be required Complete the gear list
• Be involved throughout the entire production life cycle

Production:

• Assemble and setup equipment.
• Which may include tripods, monitors, lighting, cables, leads, headphones, live mixing equipment and teleprompters and stabilisers.
• Make creative choices to enhance the visual impact of our videos
• Directing that which is in front of your lens
• Follow the script and shot list where and when applicable
• Resolve technical or practical issues
• Escalate any issues of major concern to the Director in a timely manner
• Do on the fly content creation for the social media channels
• Be comfortable around expensive and delicate equipment as well as able to concentrate and attend to detail

Post-production:

• Dump the footage according to setout procedures
• Review your footage with the editor to understand where there might be future improvements
• Clean and maintain equipment.
