My client, a leading Electrical assemblies manufacturer, is looking for a Draughtsman to join their team in Montague Gardens, Cape Town.

Key responsibilities

  • Need to draw parts on Solid Works to make a complete assembly
  • Design and draw parts and operate the bending machines
  • Update current drawings and make new drawings for projects
  • Design machines and equipment
Required Skills and Knowledge

  • At least 2 years experience in a Sheet metal Factory environment
  • Be able to work in a team with previous experience as a Draughtsman

Experience in draughting on Solid Works:

  • Strong management/supervisor skills

Own transport and be able to come/go to work when working overtime.

  • Sense of responsibility
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic
  • Safety Conscious (Any previous safety course an advantage)
