Window and Door Surveyor

• Follow planned schedule to go to customers sites to accurately measure and assess the requirements for window and door installations or replacements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice and guidance on suitable window and door options. (Training will be given to know all the information and requirements for doors and windows)
• Stay updated on building regulations to provide informed recommendations and maintain high standards of service.
• Maintain organized records of survey data, documentation, and correspondence to support project management and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Keep wellorganized records of paperwork, and communication to assist with project management and ensure accurate installations.

• Proven experience in window and door surveying or a related field, with a strong understanding of construction principles and building materials.
• Proficiency in using surveying tools, such as tape measures, laser levels, and angle finders, to take accurate measurements and assess site conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, contractors, and internal teams to gather information, convey technical details, and address concerns.
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities, capable of identifying and resolving technical challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required, company vehicle will be provided for traveling between clients.

Base salary is R8000, with a R6000 maximum performance bonus per month if your site visits are successful and without errors.
