Join Our Team as an HVAC Supervisor

We are a well-established national company looking for a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As the HVAC Supervisor, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for our clients. Additionally, you will manage a team of HVAC technicians to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance Management

  • Oversee all HVAC installations and maintenance throughout the portfolio
  • Supervise internal and external teams
  • Assist the team with on-site fault finding
  • Prepare maintenance schedules and registers of all assets
  • Liaise with tenants on maintenance issues
  • Complete adjudication costs for approval
  • Collaborate with the appointed engineer
  • Conduct assessments and reports on systems at each building
  • Manage service providers' Service Level Agreements

Customer Service Management

  • Resolve building maintenance queries promptly
  • Manage tenant-landlord relationships
  • Develop good relationships with contractors

Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with relevant Acts
  • Control and govern processes and systems to minimize business risks

Self-Development

  • Identify training/development needs and address development gaps
  • Implement a personal development plan

Staff Management

  • Implement and review individual role profiles within the teams
