FCS Reporting to the ATM Manager The above position is vacant at our CIT Parow Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to assist with administrative responsibilities of the ATM department.

Minimum Requirements:
Excellent communication skillsMatric certificate or equivalentA clear criminal recordComputer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (compulsory)

At least 2 years' administration experienceBackground in financial administration/ procurement/ billing is an advantageAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesMust be willing to work overtime on requestKey Performance Areas (not totally inclusive):

Maintaining a filling system and document management, including archivingProvide administrative support to the ATM ManagerAnswering the telephone and taking messages etc.

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational reportsClient liaison duties on requestEnsuring all ATM client billing is captured and sent for approvalsMaintaining the client code register for ATMsGenerating Capex's/ disposalsAssisting with reports for ATM investigationsControlling assets (CPC reports/ Smart keys/ note counters)Monitor inventory stock including issuing of uniform to staff; stationary; cleaning supplies; etc.

Assisting with general office enquiries and tasksReceiving and directing visitors on requestAdhoc admin dutiesCore competencies:
