Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Change Management Team:

  • Work closely with the Change Management team to understand organizational goals, user needs, and training requirements.
  • Assist in developing training strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide input and expertise in the creation of training materials and resources.

Training Material Development:

  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and other resources tailored to various user levels and roles.
  • Ensure training materials are uptodate, userfriendly, and align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Regularly update training materials to reflect changes and updates in the Salesforce platform.

Trainer Training:

  • Conduct trainthetrainer sessions to empower internal trainers with the knowledge and skills required to deliver effective Salesforce training.
  • Provide guidance and support to trainers, including coaching on presentation techniques, training methodologies, and content delivery.

End User Training:

  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for end users to enhance their understanding and proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Customize training sessions to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of end users.
  • Monitor training progress and provide additional support and guidance as needed.

On-the-Floor Support:

  • Offer onthefloor support during Salesforce deployment to assist users with questions, issues, and challenges.
  • Provide handson guidance and troubleshooting to ensure users can effectively navigate and utilize Salesforce in their daily workflows.
  • Gather feedback and insights from users to identify areas for improvement and additional training needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce training and user adoption initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing business needs and priorities.
