Are you an experienced Quickbooks bookkeeper seeking a new opportunity? Our accounting firm located in Pinetown, is currently looking to expand our team with an experienced bookkeeper who possesses a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices up to trial balance.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform daytoday bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members and clients to provide financial insights and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping up to trial balance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, with QuickBooks knowledge being a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
