Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Oversee all financial operations for all divisions.
  • Prepare and analyse management accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with COIDA requirements and manage all related claims and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitor and manage the companys cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
  • Develop cash flow forecasts and implement strategies to optimize cash flow.
  • Manage working capital and ensure timely collection of receivables and payment of liabilities.

Invoicing and Accounts Receivable:

  • Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement and maintain robust invoicing systems.
  • Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and resolving any billing issues.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team.
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient workflow and highperformance standards.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide continuous feedback and training.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors and prepare for annual audits.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.

Strategic Planning:

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisionmaking.
  • Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance management role
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a finance team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and a Proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
