  • To manage the operations of a team responsible for designing, developing, delivering, monitoring and governing the tactical deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capability across the Operations back office and support the implementation across the business. To improve exception processing time, reduce error rates, remove unnecessary manual steps and flexibility of capacity.

  • Experience 3 to 5 year's operational experience
