As a Polar Travel Sales Advisor at Quark Expeditions, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic sales culture, showcasing your prowess in prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling to our esteemed clientele.

Your mission? Drive results against targets, elevating our top-line growth while delivering outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond.

Collaborating closely with our Global Customer Services team, you'll play a pivotal role in curating unforgettable experiences for travelers worldwide.


Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while prioritizing outstanding customer service.
  • Convert sales leads promptly and adeptly, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Maximize revenue through upselling and crossselling our diverse product offerings.
  • Initiate outbound relationship calls to travel agents and prospect lists, fostering valuable connections.
  • Engage with travelers to discern their unique needs, ensuring each journey is perfectly tailored.
  • Navigate the sales process seamlessly, adhering to established frameworks and processes.
  • Provide postsales support via phone and live chat, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of frontline sales experience in a revenuedriven environment, preferably within travel or sales.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • A proactive approach to customer interactions, demonstrating initiative and expertise.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in computer programs, with experience in reservation systems and CRM tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven track record of crossselling to customers.
  • Resilient with a passion for sales, customer service, and travel.
  • Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
