This is a hybrid position and requires some in office hours.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Bank processing and monthly reconciliations of several bank accounts.
  • Monthly & weekly IGA and other reporting
  • Monthly client invoicing & statements
  • Monthly management accounts


 SARS
  • EMP & VAT reconciliations & submissions
  • Payroll (18 staff)
  • Month end processing, filing of all slips in SAGE and Teams
  • Assisting CEO with various tasks as required.

Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualification in Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
  • Minimum 5 years' formal bookkeeping experience
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of SAGE, XERO and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational & administrative skills
  • Able to work effectively and accurately under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A team player but also able to work alone.
  • A problem solver
