  • A minimum of two years outbound Telesales experience.
  • Promotion and sales skills to sell the company's products and services effectively
  • Proven 6month consecutive track record of successful sales performance
  • Ability to plan daily activities to maximize results
  • Ability to meet daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Ability to work under Pressure and long hours on monthends.
  • The ability to build and maintain rapport with key customers and identify new opportunities
  • Excellent telephone, communication and listening skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Must be customercentric
  • Must be financially astute and be able to understand sales
  • Able to calculate performance ratios
  • Good computer skills and proficient to miscrosoft office and and excel
  • Understand and adhere to company systems and processes.
  • Must have excellent client relationship building skills across all customer demographics

Job description:_

  • Delivery of daily, weekly and monthly activity targets and performance ratios as set for individual and the team
  • Be accountable for all inquiries or leads received and mantain acceptance report up to date.
  • Contribute the highest sales performance level in order for the ales team as a whole to achieve the minimum sales requirements
  • Maintain activity levels in all areas of telephone contact e.g. urgent response to inquiries,cold calling, followup calls on a daily basis,enquiry handling and follow up calls.
  • Ensure that all targets, forecasts, and goals set are reached to achieve the organizational goals.
  • Conducting Site Viewings
  • Conducting Logistics briefings daily.
  • Managing Drivers
  • Managing branch Logistics and timely communication with clients
  • Managing Trip Summaries
Basic Salary R5000 Plus Commission on all sales(Uncapped)

Salary:
R5, R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Epping,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Marketing and sales: 2 years (preferred)
