Key Responsibilities:
Handle general office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
Set up and maintain spreadsheets with a keen eye for detail.
Provide excellent telephone etiquette and customer service, even in difficult situations.
Ensure accountability and reliability in all tasks and responsibilities.
Demonstrate strong computer literacy and savviness in various software and tools.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or PA role.
Exceptional follow-up skills and the ability to handle difficult clients professionally.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Proficiency in setting up and managing spreadsheets.
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
High level of accountability and dependability.
Advanced computer skills and comfort with various software applications.
