Your Business Unit:
Our Life Claims Management team mitigates risk at claim stage.
We collaborate across the various Life business units, including Underwriting, Product & Pricing, Chief Medical Office and Marketing.
Your Team:
Our Life Claims Management team comprises professionals with an extensive range of skills and interests including complex claims assessment and management and refined client relationship management skills.
Your job:
- Providing claims risk management expertise to the MRoA Life team and clients.
- Marketing of claims risk management services to clients (Life Insurance companies).
- Promoting and ensuring effective claims risk management practices relating to the MRoA Life portfolio.
- Establishing and managing relationships with Claims Managers and other decision makers.
- Ensure profitability of portfolio's through prudent claims risk management practices.
- Providing advice to clients with regards to international and local best practices.
- Responsible in ensuring validity of claims
Your profile:
Qualification:
BSc – Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Equivalent
- Minimum 10 years claims assessment and case management experience in the insurance industry (dealing with Life Claims) with a minimum of 5 years of Group Life insurance experience.
- Communication skills

- Ability to analyse data that inform business practices and approaches
