Position Summary:
Fives Services Southern Mzansi is looking for an Automation/Electrical Specialist to join us in Richards Bay. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support, analyzing technical issues, and proposing solutions for electrical and automation projects. You will also work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and expertise for Fives products and projects.
- Analyze technical issues and implement improvement measures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on project modifications.
- Design and prepare automation solutions for equipment.
- Support production by ensuring availability of necessary drawings and data.
- Evaluate opportunities for plant re-engineering and contribute to project development.
- Maintain efficient filing systems and ensure quality assurance in all tasks.

Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Electronic Engineering or similar field.
- Electrical Trade Test certification is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in automation.
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley products and site experience in electrical and automation fields.

Required Experience:
- Installation and wiring of electrical equipment.
- Electrical cable installations and connections.
- Installation of lights, plug circuits, and testing common electrical circuits.
- Experience with MS Projects.

Problem Solving:
- Addressing client requirements and nonconformities.
- Ensuring compliance with South African regulations.
