Leasing Manager

Develop annual leasing strategies and ensure that renewals are completed within determined timeframes as per client requirements.

Liaise and negotiate transactions with current and prospective tenants and ensure that the Company's interests in respects relating to finance, legal and tenant mix are met.

Canvassing of and liaison with potential tenants to establish and maintain good relationships in order to market and let Company managed vacant space at the best possible terms.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 1 3 Years relevant experience in a leasing environment, including a good knowledge of market trends, the complexities of dealmaking and negotiations, space marketing trends and marketing skills/principles.
• Staff/team Management experience a recommendation.
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.

DUTIES:
Leasing team Management (people management)

• Management of all administration
• Coordinates and manages operations of the leasing team.
• Assistance with complex deals in order to achieve favourable outcomes
• Daytoday management of staff, including recruitment development and performance management.
• Contract creation and workflow process

Client & Broker Liaison

• Attend to and answer client/tenant/ broker queries
• Inform clients of available space
• Render service to potential clients
• Monitor outstanding lease documentation.
• Discuss alternatives and make recommendations.
• Compile and distribute vacancy schedule to all brokers

Prospecting

• Analyze required tenant mix for property.
• Do market segmentation
• Identify potential clients for specific premises.

Canvassing

• Advertise vacant premises
• Approach existing clients and network.
• Canvass potential clients for vacant premises.

Negotiation and Conclusion

• Bargaining for the best possible lease terms and conditions.
• Arrange for the financial and personal approval of the potential client.
• Facilitate the client's installation requirements.
• Conclude Company PS's standard lease agreement.
