Our Eclipse Factory is dedicated to producing exceptional vessels, including the Eclipse 505 and 605 Express Cruisers. We are currently seeking skilled Boat Building Laminators to contribute to the production excellence of our Eclipse Range.

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide the laminating process.
  • Collaborate with the boat building team to meet production timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the integrity of laminated structures.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laminating processes.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • Previous experience as a Boat Building Laminator in the marine industry.
  • Familiarity with laminating techniques, resins, and fiberglass materials.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in laminating work.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  • Commitment to safety standards in a boat building environment.
