Join a vibrant
manufacturing production team in the
Western Cape as a
Fitter with machine building experience. NDC Personnel & Contractors is on the lookout for a skilled
Fitter and Turner to bring their machine-building expertise to the table

Your main responsibility will be to assemble packaging machines closely following engineering plans. You'll be hands-on in setting up, troubleshooting, and testing machines to ensure optimal performance.

Taking your skills on the road, you'll play a key role in the installation of machines at customer sites, seeing the process through until final approval.

Your dedication doesn't stop there You'll be the go-to artisan for fixing and maintaining machines, offering excellent customer support, and conducting thorough quality inspections.


To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you need to be a Qualified Fitter or Fitter & Turner with a minimum of 7 years' post-trade test experience in the building, testing, debugging, and installation of packaging machines.

We also value your ability to work independently. Your commitment is essential and you should be willing to work overtime and travel as the job demands.

Bonus points if you bring knowledge of electrical and pneumatic fault finding, along with TIG welding skills in stainless steel.

A valid Code B driver's license is a must-have to drive success in this role.
