Objectives of this Role

  • Maintain constant communication with shareholders, clients, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
  • Actively pursue new business and build relationships with clients
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
  • Oversee the optimal functioning of all departments within the company
  • Actively manage the company employee activities and assist prioritising their focus on critical items to ensure customer expectations are managed and met

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the business to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy of production
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a timesensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Partner with crossfunctional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant
  • Oversee technical production to ensure efficient milestones are achieved
  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to shareholders
  • Drive the business objectives, sales targets, and profitability
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
  • Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and longterm goals.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
  • Manage conflict resolution between departments and employees

    Inherent Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field, or 5+ years' proven experience in a general management position of a digital marketing agency
  • Automotive
industry knowledge is advantageous

  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives
  • Experience in monitoring budgets and basic finance processes
