Key duties:

  • Content Plan : Support content lead with marketing strategies this would include, planning, scheduling, booking when it comes to all content and shoots (where necessary)
  • Provide creative ideas for campaigns and general marketing tools to elevate these.
  • Trends & best practices, identify trends across social channels and implement efficiently.
  • Social listening, Tracking, and assessing Customer sentiment. Identifying risk and opportunity.
  • Social media management, scheduling and collation of content including messaging, briefing design studio on campaign elements for all social channels.
  • Content creation for social posts (day to day utilizing Canva / static deal imagery)
  • Community Management, escalating customer service issues.
  • Handling comments and reviews timeously.
  • Compiling excel documents to manage budgets and costings of the campaigns.
  • Assist in compilation of stats for reporting of campaigns, putting these together in a simple designed deck.
  • Planning and organizing promotional presentations (where necessary).
  • Manage marketing campaign calendars.

Formulate content ideas and present to the team, devise strategies for in house and external UGC and influencer content.
