Office Services Representative:

There is an opportunity for an Office Services Representative to join our GBS Workspace Services team based in Pinetown, South Africa.

We are looking for someone that is highly collaborative with strong organizational and customer centric skills, passionate about what they do and has the ability to add value and walk the path in growing our business with us

About the Role:


The Office Services Representative will be responsible for the smooth operation of all office administration services and provide professional guest & customer experience (internal and external).

This position reports to the Work Space Services Manager (TMEA).

Someone who support business performance delivery with a customer centric and continuous improvement mindset. If this is you, we'd love to talk.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate meeting, travel and support services;
  • Responsible for providing excellent guest services and all reception duties;
  • Responsible for office/facility management and supporting services;
  • Assist with projects, event coordination and other administrative tasks as assigned;
  • Responsible for communication and coordination;
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries;
  • Timeous preparation and submission of management reporting requirements.

Who You Are:

  • Must have matric. Preferably with a post matric qualification in relevant field of customer services or office administration;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration, customer service or a similar role;
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in English.
  • Must be punctual, organized with excellent problem solving and attention to detail skills.
