Job Objective:

The Finance Manager will lead a team of accountants and clerks, supervising the daily accounting operations and ensuring the timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

The role requires the provision of top-tier financial and business reports and analyses to aid the executive team in making strategic decisions.


Key Duties:
Supervise daily operations of the finance team.
Conduct monthly reconciliations review.
Manage treasury operations.
Complete month-end processes (including preparation of monthly journals).Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Organize and execute annual audits and financial statements.
Conduct financial analyses.
Improve processes.
Ensure compliance with IFRS.Undertake special projects as directed by the Chief Executive.

Requirements:
Matriculation certificate (mandatory) and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

SAIPA, CIMA qualifications are advantageousExperience:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
Advanced skills in Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
Experience with SAGE and Pastel Partner.
Ability to create financial and operational models.

Personal Attributes:
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-driven with a willingness to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
A natural affinity for numbers, excellent teamwork, and the ability to anticipate the impact of workload/issues on team deadlines.
Positive work attitude and flexibility.
