MINI Vehicle Sales Executive - Johannesburg, Gauteng


Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their sales team as a MINI Vehicle Sales Executive.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate MINI vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting their features, performance, and customization options.
  • Conduct test drives to showcase the driving experience and build rapport with customers.
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and incentives.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing, and tradein evaluation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate longterm relationships.
  • Stay uptodate on MINI product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, specifically MINI.
  • Passion for automobiles, with a particular interest in the MINI brand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
