Job Purpose:
To implement and support our company with IT and ZOHO CRM systems and to ensure optimal functioning of such services.
Duties:
- Evaluate and enhance the current setup of Zoho CRM.
- Manage meeting bookings, lead scoring, and deal administration.
- Maintain synchronization with Zoho campaigns, Zoho Books, and related systems.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with other platforms such as Zoho Sales/Marketing, Zoho Forms, etc
- Successfully deploy Zoho CRM in various sectors, demonstrating adaptability from healthcare to engineering.
- Skilled in customizing Zoho CRM to align with specific business workflows.
- Design customized HTML templates and Zoho CRM Inventory Templates.
- Participate in Zoho integration with thirdparty systems.
- Provide training, Support the team with the creation of project documentation.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in information systems or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in tailoring Zoho CRM solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Demonstrated success in implementing custom modules, fields, and workflows for enhanced system functionality.
- Selfmotivated and Enthusiastic individuals who excel in leveraging technology to streamline business operations and foster growth.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on both written and verbal proficiency.
- Dependable and punctual.
