Bookings and Costing Clerk for Motor Dealership

Our client is expanding, and they are looking for a combined Bookings and Costing Clerk for their new dealership, close to the City Bowl.

You will be responsible for taking all the bookings, ensuring maximum output for hours in the workshop, planning and arranging customer transport, upselling where possible and general customer liaison.

In addition, you will also be responsible for all the workshop costing, ensuring that billing is accurate and up to date.


You will need at least 2 years of Costing experience within a franchised dealership, and preferably some Booking experience and working knowledge of Evolve or similar.


Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 Years of RECENT Costing experience in a franchised motor dealership

Working knowledge of Evolve or similar (Automate, Drive etc.)

Matric Certificate

Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
