REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 1
  • Relevant qualification advantageous
  • 35 years experience in similar role
  • A code 10 and forklift license would be an advantage
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

DUTIES
Factory

  • Ensure the doors are all locked at night and opened during the day.
  • Check for all fire hazards, all fire equipment working at all times.
  • Factory must be clean and dust free at all times.
  • All machinery needs to be in working condition and clean at all times.
Employees

  • Ensure that the working hours are worked every day, no late coming or leaving early.
  • Full day production every day.
  • Discipline
Trucks

  • Trucks must be loaded and checked every day.
  • Trucks must be clean and in good condition at all times
  • Diesel must be checked on a daily basis.
  • Check for stock losses and pilfering.
Admin

  • Check that everyone has clocked in.
  • Every delivery to the Branch must be checked and signed for.
  • GRVS must be filled in every time stock is received.
