Requirements:

  • Honours in Industrial Psychology coupled with registration as a
Psychometrist Independent Practice with the Health Professions

Council of South Africa

  • 1 to 2 years' experience as a registered Psychometrist. Experience
should include behavioural evaluation, assessment administration,

compilation of reports and feedback to management and

  • Discipline specific skills such as being certified in the use of
psychometric instruments typically utilized by the City of Cape Town

e.g. SHL's OPQ and Ability Tests

  • Valid Driver's Licence
Key Performance Areas

managers to ensure assessments and feedbacks take place at

appropriate times and venues, as well as virtually

  • Ensure set up of all material and ensure systems are in place for the
efficient running of the assessment process, face-to-face and virtually
