A well established construction company based in Paarl is looking for a Maintenance Foreman that can start immediately.

Duties:

  • Setting up schedules for various maintenance activities
  • Performing handson labor tasks such as electrical work, plumbing repairs, painting, etc
  • Maintaining records of all maintenance activities performed by subordinates or contracted outside companies

Requirements:

  • Clear criminal record
  • Experienced in doing maintenance work on high end residential properties
  • Good knowledge of various constructions trades

Salary:
R12, R19,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Paarl,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
