Guesthouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of guesthouse operations, including reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services

Guest Services:
Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally

Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new guests and enhance the guesthouse's reputation

Property Maintenance:
Ensure the guesthouse is well-maintained, clean, and complies with health and safety standards

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management, guesthouse management, or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving operational excellence.
