  • Compile mill grist & controlled product quality parameters and compile milling and packaging plan.
  • Control wheat intake & milling processes.
  • Control raw material & finished stock levels & rotation.
  • Optimize people, mill, machinery and equipment also maintained the mill, machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure safety, health, hygiene and pest management and manage team.

Qualifications:

  • NQF 4 or Grade 12 or similar relevant qualification
  • Trade Test certificate for Wheat Milling
  • Minimum of 4 years experience
