Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ClickUp to its fullest capabilities to create, maintain, and organize all company projects.
  • Ensure that projects are managed effectively, meeting all deadlines and quality standards within the first month of starting.
  • Be responsible for overall project delegation, assigning tasks to team members based on project requirements and individual expertise.
  • Handle all administrativerelated project tasks, ensuring that all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify potential issues or bottlenecks and develop strategies to address them promptly.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and adjustment strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that project objectives align with company goals and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, with a strong emphasis on the use of ClickUp for project management.
  • Demonstrable expertise in ClickUp, with the ability to utilize its features for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Selfmotivated, with a proactive approach to problemsolving and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not required with sufficient experience.
