Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team to protect the existing profitable clients through a specific process in terms of account management to ensure sustainability and growth of the business.
- Ensure growth of the existing client base by implementing appropriate increases timeously.
- Develop and initiate industry and product relevant solutions and best practice to differentiate as market leaders.
- Manage and lead the retention team based on performance measurement to ensure profitable growth, service excellence and client centricity.
- Ensure service excellence by recruiting and developing high performance team members.
- Effectively interact / liaise with relevant stakeholders in order to achieve five star qualities to the client. Compile budgets in order to forecast accurately and plan for sales and operational planning.
- Lead the retention team in line with the company's strategic initiatives within and across business units.
- Identify areas for development, develop training material; facilitate training and gap analysis of individuals in line with career pathing.
