Your role will include managing bookings, upselling, maintaining client relationships, handling administrative tasks, and generating reports. This position requires attention to detail and a high level of professionalism, while providing impeccable customer service. A background in car rental, hospitality or similar call centre is necessary for this role. If you're enthusiastic and responsible, we'd love to hear from you.

Working hours are:

Monday to Friday 16h00 to 22h00, Saturdays and Sundays 12h00 to 22h00

(
Sundays are rotational) You also get every 2nd Friday and Saturday off.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate

A valid Drivers License

At least 2 years call centre experience in Car Rental, Travel, Hospitality or similar

Excellent planning and administration skills

Excellent command of the English Language (First or Second Language)

Good computer skills (Excel)
