JOB DESCRIPTION

PH EXAMINER

Brief description

Duties & Responsibilities

Communicate clear instructions to the person to be tested

  • Perform all areas of testing as per examiner specifications
  • Ensure pretesting questions are done with every driver before testing starts
  • Practice professional testing
  • Communicate results to all parties as per ISG policy and procedures
  • Post results on group created for this purpose on whatsup
  • Submit reports to identified admin person as soon as done

Qualifications and requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric Certificate or Equivalent)
  • Voice Stress Analysis Certification and Accreditation
  • Advanced Computer Literacy (MS Office Not Negotiable)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours (when required)
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Integrity
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of Confidentiality
  • Keen sense of following procedures and protocols
  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel (when required)
  • No Criminal Record

Advantageous Requirements:

  • Multi-Lingual
  • Familiarity with Pre-Employment Screening Procedures (Criminal Checks and Drug Screening)
  • Prior experience conducting VSA Polygraphs

Key Functions:

  • Conduct various constructs of Voice Stress Analysis Polygraphs
  • Complete Data Capturing and Reporting to relevant departments
  • Provide professional testimony in disciplinary matters (when required)

Lines of communication
Report to the General Manager

Working conditions
Full time Monday to Friday and weekends in emergency circumstances.
