Job Summary:


We are a dynamic startup Fibre Internet Service Provider (ISP) seeking an early-career Sales Manager to lead and streamline our sales team for Prepaid Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) and Wireless Internet services.

The Sales Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, enhance customer satisfaction, and expand our market presence.

This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly in FTTH and wireless internet services.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets for prepaid FTTH and Wireless Internet services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities tailored for a startup environment.

Team Management:

  • Build, train, and manage a highperforming sales team.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Sales Operations:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the prepaid FTTH and wireless internet markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to tailor offerings to market demands.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry or Consumer service Subscription services sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in prepaid FTTH and/or wireless internet services.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
